Q: I have placed an order, when should I expect delivery? 

A: Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. (Except on Sundays) We will share the tracking details with you via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service executive on +91 86579 23171 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery dates, and we will be happy to help you with updates. 

A: While you can shop all our collections online, our physical store is in Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai, from Monday - Sunday from 10:30 am to 7 pm. Feel free to drop by and we would love to help you curate ware for your home!

Safe Delivery Guarantee Policy: 

In case any product gets damaged or breaks in transit, Briquetales will replace it for you. 

We understand that it's disappointing when you are eagerly waiting for your order, and you receive it broken. This is why we offer a Safe Delivery Guarantee. All you must do is share a photo of the broken piece along with your order number with us. We immediately dispatch a replacement for you for free. Subject to availability, In case a substitute is not available than the customer can select another product of the same value. 

Store pickup policy:

1. Break-free shipping policy ends at the store.

Regular Shipping Policy:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address, or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be charged to the user placing the order.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Briquetales. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Briquetales shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any because that is beyond the control of Briquetales.

The user must agree to provide authentic information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Briquetales reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Briquetales has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

Delivery of orders would be done address-specific not person specific.

All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Briquetales  is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
